These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rabbit10x.com and any Rabbit10x early-access programs. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

Early access & waitlist

Rabbit10x is in development. The waitlist collects interest only and does not guarantee access, pricing, or feature timelines. We may accept or decline participants and change program rules with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping that harms performance, no attempts to break security, no unlawful content, and no use that violates third-party rights. We may suspend access for violations.

Intellectual property

Rabbit10x branding, copy, design, and future software are owned by Rabbit10x or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy our materials for competing services without permission.

Third-party services

The product will connect to stores and APIs you control (e.g. Shopify, Amazon). Your use of those platforms remains governed by their terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes at third parties.

Disclaimers

The site and any beta features are provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-assisted features may make mistakes; you remain responsible for decisions affecting your business.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabbit10x and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site or early access is limited to the greater of USD $100 or amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Rabbit10x against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your store data, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Haifa shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes post constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the site and contact us to leave the waitlist.
