Rabbit10x (“we”, “us”) is building an AI-powered unified commerce platform. This policy explains what we collect while the product is in early access, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect
- Waitlist & early access: email address you submit, plus basic technical data (e.g. browser type, approximate region from IP) needed to run the site and prevent abuse.
- Future product use: when the platform is available, we will collect account and commerce data you connect (orders, products, customers) as described in onboarding and product terms.
How we use data
- Send product updates, early access invitations, and operational emails you expect from a waitlist.
- Improve the site, fix errors, and measure aggregate interest (not to sell your email to data brokers).
- Operate integrations you authorize (e.g. Shopify, Amazon SP-API, WooCommerce) strictly to provide the service—never for unrelated advertising.
Cookies & similar tech
We may use essential cookies for security and basic analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies today. If that changes, we will update this page.
Third parties
We rely on infrastructure and tooling providers (for example hosting, email delivery, and error monitoring) to run the product. They process data on our instructions. Connected commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Squarespace, etc.) receive only the data required for OAuth/API access that you approve.
Security
We use industry-standard protections for data in transit and at rest. No method is 100% secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will notify you as required by law.
Retention
Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed for the early access program. Backup copies may persist for a short period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Rabbit10x is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product matures. We will post the new date at the top and, for material changes, try to give you notice.
